• Please send us a photo of the item, your city, address, and order number if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

• A full refund will be issued if the product you received is completely different from what was described on our website.

• We are not responsible for any personal expectations or usage not stated in the product description.

• If you simply change your mind and the product has no defect, a 30% fee (or a minimum of 25 DH) will be deducted from your refund.
