Delivery depends on the method you choose. Our local delivery team usually delivers within 24–48 hours after confirming your order.

2. Do you ship outside Morocco?
Currently, our shipping partners deliver within Morocco to selected cities listed on our shipping page.
For international orders, contact us via WhatsApp to get product weight and shipping quotes.

3. What if the product has a manufacturing defect?
Check our Return & Exchange Policy for details. If the product is defective, shipping costs to return and resend the item are covered by the company, while the product cost is refunded according to our policy.
